Originally from India, Brian brings a wealth of diverse experiences and exceptional skills to his new position. He has honed his expertise by working with prestigious international brands in Dubai, such as Sheraton-Starwood, Wyndham Group, and Grand Midwest.
Brian is no stranger to the Maldives, having previously held positions at multiple resorts, including Niyama Private Island and Mövenpick Resort Kuredhivaru. In his most recent role as the Director of Food & Beverage at Waldorf Astoria Maldives, he played a pivotal role in enhancing the resort’s dining experiences, leaving a lasting impact on guests.
As the Executive Assistant Manager – Food & Beverage at Jumeirah Maldives Olhahali Island, Brian will take charge of the Food & Beverage team and oversee the operations of the resort’s exquisite dining establishments. Guests can indulge in various delightful Greek and Mediterranean dishes while enjoying the sunny ambiance of Shimmers, the beach club.
